from Susan Halliwell

we bought this bought written by the person mentioned above (photocopied version) and i got the green-covered book, yes, green is good and i very much like it.

what's inside ? rubbish ! nah, it is all good and getting better, as for the title itself, Teaching English in the Primary Classroom, for we are Teaching English as a Second Language students, this is one hell of a good reference for us to-be teachers.

the usual three-hour-class we were given this specific chapter from this magnificent book and to be read and also were asked to talk what is exactly inside that particular chapter. after googling for some information, pictures and all sort of useful resources, we came with a powerpoint presentation using Microsoft Office 2003 pre-installed to the lab's PC, too bad, 'cause mine is a better version, but still the PC did not give such problems that could blow our brains.

for all i know, children have limited 'access' to their
'language bank' and it is amazing that they can actually use that limited resources (language proficiency) to actually communicate and use their creativity to deliver messages that others can actually understand. praise to god. even with a little amount of words they acquired or learned, they managed to get the information across. wow! that is amazing and pretty cool. children are simply unpredictable.
